The mission is that it endeavors to provide most efficient human resource required for the development sectors. It also plans to collaborative efforts in-depth study, policy making, research and consultancy with Gov/N, I/NGOs /UN and relevant multilateral as well as bilateral agencies in different areas  of  development  in  various parts of  Nepal .

It is run by a team of dedicated experts who have long experience of I/NGOs and UN agencies.
